Breakfast to dinner beside the rainforest pool

La Poza is ECOTICA’s poolside restaurant and bar, right beside the pool with the rainforest all around. This is where the day starts with coffee and a fresh breakfast, where lunch turns into a slow afternoon, and where dinner is served as the jungle settles down for the night.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner menus from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. In between, the bar mixes cocktails and cold drinks for everyone lounging by the water, with one eye on the trees, because you never know who might drop by.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are served poolside from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, from an early coffee before a tour to a relaxed dinner under the trees.

Wildlife Watching

Howler monkeys, sloths, toucans and scarlet macaws live in the trees around ECOTICA, and La Poza is a lovely place to watch for them over breakfast or a drink. Every sighting depends on the animals, which makes each one feel special.
