A spa on the property
Jungle Spa is open every day from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The menu has relaxing, bamboo, volcanic stone and deep-tissue massages, couples treatments, facials with natural products, body rituals with cacao, banana and carrot, and manicures and pedicures.
For a group we can plan the treatments around your schedule, so everyone gets the time they want without waiting.
A deck for movement, circles and quiet time
The open-air deck sits in the rainforest and holds up to 60 people for yoga, breathwork, meditation, workshops or a closing circle.

A good fit for women’s retreats
A small hotel suits a women’s group: you see the same faces at breakfast, the pool and dinner, and the whole group stays close, the way a retreat should feel. Mix bungalows and suites to match how your group likes to share, add spa time and a morning in the national park, and keep long dinners at La POZA for the conversations.
Rooms, meals and a hotel to yourselves
ECOTICA has 17 rooms: 10 suites and 7 private bungalows, spread over about 10 acres of rainforest. Rooms sleep from two to four guests, so participants can share or have a room each, and many leaders like a private bungalow for themselves. Your group can also book the whole hotel for its dates, so the pool, the deck and the restaurant are yours. A full takeover sleeps up to 45 guests.
Breakfast is included in every stay. La POZA, by the pool, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, with vegetarian and vegan options. Tell us about allergies and diets ahead of time and we will plan the group menus with you.
Transfers and tours
Our private airport transfer between San José and Manuel Antonio costs US$195 each way for up to 5 people; for larger groups we quote the whole group. Our concierge can also book tours for the group.
Manuel Antonio National Park is a few minutes away, and our concierge can add a guided walk, a boat trip or a chocolate tour to the program.
