Meet on a deck in the forest
We set the deck up with tables and chairs for working sessions, or leave it open for workshops and team activities.
- An open-air deck in the rainforest for up to 60 people. Part of it is covered, so the session carries on happily through a tropical shower.
- Yoga mats and basic equipment on site.
- Wi-Fi, a sound system with a microphone, and tables and chairs when you need them.
- A bathroom and showers right on the deck.
- La POZA bar next to the deck for fresh juices, water and drinks between sessions.
For slides, simply bring a portable projector and screen; Wi-Fi and sound are ready for you.

Our concierge books tours around Manuel Antonio for the whole group:

Rooms, meals and a hotel to yourselves
ECOTICA has 17 rooms: 10 suites and 7 private bungalows. Rooms sleep from two to four guests, and your company can book all 17 for its dates (up to 45 guests), so the deck, the pool and the restaurant are only for your team.
Breakfast is included in every stay. La POZA serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, and we plan group meals, coffee breaks and a team dinner with you. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
Transfers for the group
Our private airport transfer between San José and Manuel Antonio costs US$195 each way for up to 5 people; for larger groups we quote the whole group. Our concierge can also book tours for the group.
