Birthday Celebrations in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica
Another year deserves a beautiful setting. A dinner for two by the pool under the lights, a long table for the family, or a party for 60 beneath the trees: ECOTICA celebrates birthdays of every size, wrapped in the Manuel Antonio rainforest and our warm hospitality.
Three places for a birthday
All three welcome up to 60 birthday guests and come with bathrooms, a bar steps away, Wi-Fi and music.
- La POZA, by the pool. A birthday dinner by candlelight beside the pool, from a table for two to a long family table, with the cake brought out under the trees.
- The open-air deck. Room for a real birthday party under the canopy, partly covered in case of rain, with music until 10:00 pm.
- YOLO Social. Sports on the screens, cocktails and live music every night; for a private birthday we can close it to other guests.
From a dinner for two to a party for 60
Just the two of you: a table set apart at La POZA, under the lights and next to the pool, with a cake and flowers waiting. Add a couples massage at Jungle Spa in the afternoon.
Family and friends: a group dinner at La POZA, with a menu planned with you, then drinks and live music at YOLO Social.
A real party: up to 60 guests on the open-air deck, with your DJ or band until 10:00 pm, or YOLO Social closed to other guests for the night.
You are welcome to bring your own DJ or band, photographer, planner or decorator, and your own cake. Or ask us, and we will arrange the cake, flowers and decorations.
Make it a birthday weekend
ECOTICA has 17 rooms: 10 suites and 7 private bungalows. Double Queen Suites sleep up to four, and groups can book several rooms or the whole hotel, which sleeps up to 45 guests. Breakfast is included, and Jungle Spa is open every day from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

How many guests can you host?
Up to 60, at La POZA, on the open-air deck or at YOLO Social, which we can close to other guests for your party. Each has bathrooms, a bar next to it, Wi-Fi and music. For two, La POZA is the most romantic table we have.
Until what time can we have music?
On the deck, until 10:00 pm.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. Or we can arrange the cake, flowers and decorations for you.
Can we bring a DJ, a band or a photographer?
Yes. You can also bring your own planner or decorator.
Can guests stay at the hotel?
Yes. ECOTICA has 17 rooms, and groups can book several rooms or the whole hotel, which sleeps up to 45 guests.
How much does a birthday party cost?
We prepare a proposal for each celebration, based on the date, the number of guests, the food and drinks. Send us the details and we will reply with prices.
